Am I entitled to free advanced seat selection if I travel with children under the age of 14?

For adults travelling with children under the age of 14, the Airline will assign seating according to Canada’s Air Passenger Protection Regulations, at the airport check-in, free of charge. For any passenger wishing to select their seats in advance of travel, there is a fee.
